01 · Eligibility
- ✓ Any plan (1 / 3 / 6 months) within 5 calendar days of the payment timestamp.
- ✓ One refund per customer per plan — abuse (repeat buy → refund cycles) voids eligibility.
- ✕ Requests after day 5 are not eligible. The license simply runs to term; cancel anytime to stop renewal.
02 · How to request
Email [email protected] with:
- 1. Your license key (or purchase email)
- 2. Payment transaction hash / NOWPayments order ID
- 3. The wallet address for the refund (same network you paid on)
No explanation needed. "Doesn't fit me" is enough.
03 · How refunds are paid
- ● Paid in the same stablecoin (USDT or USDC) on the same network you used.
- ● Network fee is covered by us — you receive the full purchase amount.
- ● Processed within 72 hours of approval; on-chain confirmation is your receipt.
