Simple terms for a serious tool.
By purchasing or using MONOTERMINAL you agree to the terms below. Short version: one license covers up to 2 devices, payments are in stablecoins only, and trading decisions — and their outcomes — are yours.
01 · License
- ● One license = up to 2 devices (e.g. your Mac + your Windows PC), for the paid term.
- ● Personal, non-transferable, non-resellable. Sharing, reselling or publishing your key terminates the license without refund.
- ● We may revoke keys tied to abuse, fraud, or chargeback-equivalent disputes.
02 · Payments & refunds
- ● Checkout via NOWPayments, stablecoins only (USDT · USDC). License key is issued instantly after payment.
- ● Plans do not auto-renew by default — re-purchase to extend. If subscriptions are ever introduced, cancel anytime.
- ● Refunds follow the refund policy (5-day guarantee, same-stablecoin).
03 · Not financial advice · risk
Verdicts (RISK-ON, AVOID, etc.), RADAR opportunities and levels are analytical output — not financial advice. Crypto trading involves substantial risk of loss. Never trade with funds you can't afford to lose. Past scans don't predict future moves. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the current term.
04 · Acceptable use
- ● Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or automate license issuance.
- ● Exchange API keys connected to the app stay on your machine — you are responsible for their permissions (trade-only keys, IP allowlists recommended).
- ● We are not affiliated with TradingView, Bybit, Binance or OKX; their own terms apply to your exchange accounts.
