MONOTERMINAL is a desktop app with a local-first architecture. Your exchange API keys, your trades, your watchlists — they live in your machine's system keychain and never touch our servers.
01 · What the app never collects
- ✕ Exchange API keys or secrets — stored only in your OS keychain.
- ✕ Trades, orders, positions, balances.
- ✕ Usage analytics, telemetry, crash reports with personal data.
- ✕ Browsing behavior on this site — no trackers, no ad pixels, no cookies except what's needed for checkout.
02 · What we do process
- ● License validation — your license key + device count, so 2-device enforcement works.
- ● Purchase records — order ID, plan, amount, tx hash, handled by NOWPayments (stablecoin checkout). We never see card or bank details — there are none.
- ● Support emails — whatever you send to [email protected], kept only to resolve your request.
03 · Third parties
Market data comes directly from Bybit, Binance and OKX public endpoints via the app on your machine — not through our servers. Payment processing is handled by NOWPayments under their own policy. We sell no data to anyone, because there is nothing to sell.
04 · Your rights
Email [email protected] to request a copy or deletion of your license and purchase records. Deleting records deactivates the license. Refunds are handled under the refund policy.
